I know it can be hard to get motivated sometimes and without a personal training session it is easy to skip a workout. Richard, Helen and Shirley have used their summer break to put all their favourite exercises into their own 5 Week Kick Butt Course.Group training is a great way to get results and at only $50 for the 5 week course it is cheaper than a curry night and better for your waistline!
Richard is running his 5 Week Course on Tuesday evenings 6.30-7.15pm – expect boxing, interval training and core work for your 6 pack. Mixed group training for all levels and making full use of the Studio and outdoors. Max 10 per group.
Shirley is running her 5 Week Kick Butt Course on Wednesday evening 5.30-6.15pm – those of you who train with Shirley will know how she can target those stomach muscles and tone those legs and butts with just a few exercises and resistance bands and swiss balls. Total body approach to getting you fit and strong. Max 10 per group.
Helen is back full time in the Studio now and ready to kickbutt on Fridays at 10.30-11.15am. I will be mixing up some boxing with intervals and weights work to get those muscles toned up and burning fat. Max 10 per group
Kick Butt courses start 28th February so get in quick for the trainer of your choice.
Terms and conditions: each trainer is running their own 5 week program. All courses must be paid in advanced. Open to members and casuals.
